hol-light software package provides HOL Light theorem prover, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hol-light
hol-light is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hol-light package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hol-light *
You will get with hol-light package name, version, architecture and description in a table
